Terms of Service

These terms apply to the K-Lens Chrome extension and the K-Lens Pro subscription (together, “K-Lens”), provided by Appmonster (앱몬스터), Republic of Korea (“we”). By installing or paying for K-Lens, you agree to them.

1. What K-Lens is

K-Lens is an information tool that helps you understand listings on Bunjang, estimate costs and compare resale prices. K-Lens does not buy, sell, ship or hold any items, and is not a party to any transaction between you, a seller, or a proxy (purchasing agent) service.

2. Estimates and translations

• Landed costs, exchange rates, fees, profit figures and translations (including AI translations) are estimates and can be wrong or out of date.
• Always confirm the price, condition, shipping and fees with the seller and your proxy before buying.
• You are responsible for your purchasing and reselling decisions, including compliance with customs, tax and marketplace rules in your country.

3. K-Lens Pro subscription

• Pro is billed monthly in advance after a 7-day free trial, and renews automatically until cancelled. The current price is shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, under its own terms. Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.
• Your license key is for your own use. Activations are limited per key (the limit is shown at checkout). Don't share, resell or publish your key.
• AI translation is subject to a fair-use limit (currently 200 translations per license per day) to keep the service reliable.
• Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
• If we change the price, we'll tell existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before the change applies to them.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use K-Lens to scrape Bunjang at scale, to bypass any website's access controls, to harass sellers, or to break any law. Don't reverse-engineer or abuse our server or license system. We may suspend a license that is clearly being abused, and will refund the unused part of the current period if we do.

5. Third-party services

K-Lens is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Bunjang, eBay, any artist, agency or proxy service. All trademarks belong to their owners. K-Lens depends on third-party websites and services that may change; if a change breaks a feature, we'll try to fix it promptly but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Disclaimer and liability

K-Lens is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from purchases, sales or decisions made using K-Lens. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for K-Lens in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using K-Lens at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling Pro.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: appmonster.kr@gmail.com.
